The agreement

These terms apply when you use Pulstract, on the web or in either app. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

What Pulstract is

Pulstract connects people who want to attend fitness classes with the trainers and gyms who run them. We are not the provider of those classes. The host sets the price, decides who may attend, and is responsible for the class itself, the venue and their own insurance and qualifications.

Your account

You need an account to book. Keep your phone secure — sign-in is by a code sent to your number, so whoever holds the phone can sign in.

One account per person. Do not create an account for someone else without their permission.

Booking and paying

Booking a class is a contract between you and the host. Pulstract takes the payment on the host's behalf and charges a service fee, shown before you pay.

The price you are charged is the price on the listing at the time you book.

Cancellations

You can cancel a booking from the app. Whether you are refunded depends on the host's cancellation terms, shown on the listing.

If a host cancels a class, or closes their venue, we refund you.

If you host

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, for holding the qualifications and insurance your local law requires, and for delivering what you advertised.

You are paid out through Stripe, minus the platform fee. You must complete Stripe's identity checks before you can be paid.

Reviews

Review honestly and from experience. We remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, or written by someone with an interest in the outcome.

A review you write stays on Pulstract if you delete your account, but is no longer attributed to you.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless doing so would compromise an investigation.

Limits

We do our best to keep Pulstract available, but we do not promise it will never be down.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, because the law does not permit that.
